My family's enthusiasm was ubiquitous; we were first time guests of the M&T Bank stadium and were encouraged to visit one of the Guest Services centers to receive a "˜First Game Certificate' to commemorate our experience and a button to wear during the game! A huge THANK YOU shout out to Mr. William for greeting us with a smile and honoring my service and birthday with Ravens' Buttons. He undoubtedly represents your mission: "˜...winning - winning football games on the field and winning off the field by serving our fans and being a positive force in the community.' Another memorable moment that had us on our feet happened when Kenny Young knifed through the offensive line to absolutely destroy Minshew for a sack "” leaving his helmet and mouthpiece separate from his head. (you don't see big hits like that very often in today's NFL); it was extremely awesome to be at last night's LIVE winning game - the Players and your Staff dominated!
