I am so grateful for the opportunity to have attended The Nutcracker ballet! My daughter wanted to go for the first time ever, after seeing the advertisement for it in November. I did not think I was going to be able to take her because I was still in school, after being RIF'ed, and could not afford tickets. Then, my Air Force buddy told me about Vet Tix, and The Nutcracker was one of the events. I am so grateful to the Carolina Ballet for donating seats to veterans, and allowing my daughter the opportunity to fulfill a small dream and attend her first ballet. Military brats give up a lot when their parents deploy, and this was a nice "reward". Thank you, Carolina Ballet and Vet Tix!!
