As a lifelong fan of pro-wrestling, something I passed down to my son, he got so engrossed in it that he got into NJPW because he thought it was cool. He would tell me stories about Tanahashi and Omega, he would gush about how Thunder Liger has been around since the 80's and still doing the thing. He even started picking up some Japanese because he would livestream the G-1 in Tokyo. The fact that you, the donors were gracious enough to donate these tickets was amazing as a father because I got to see my 17 year old son geek out like he was a 9 year old little boy after the absolute classic that Dragon Lee and El Phantasmo put on. As my son gets ready to go off on his own for college, I find myself thankful that I get to have these moments with my son, because soon he will be off on his own, and thanks to New Japan Pro Wrestling I will have these memories.
