Thank you to C3 Presents and VetTix for the tickets to Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic at Austin360 Amphitheater. My kids and I had a great time. We were introduced to some great music throughout the day that we have added to our playlists to listen to now. A gem was a two woman band consisting of Willie Nelson's daughter Amy Nelson and Cathy Guthrie called Folk Uke. They are NSFW, but totally a guilty pleasure. It was a great day to celebrate the birth of the United States of America as an independent nation and the fireworks display exceeded our expectations. Willie definitely knows how to throw an awesome picnic. I highly recommend this event and will attend again given the opportunity.
