I asked if we could get anything lower since my wife is 7 months pregnant and and we were sitting at the top of the stadium. I received a very short email that was very rude. I don't think much of it until I got a call from a supervisor at vet tix and he apologized for the email and said he would fix the problem. I then received a call from the Baltimore ravens to inform me our tickets had been moved up front. I was very surprised. They went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I. Thank you very much.
