Last Sunday I was looking at an ad for the Sun Devils vs Weber State Wildcats. I told my son Jacob there is no way we could make it from his school to a hotel in Tempe check in and make it to that game by 7:30. Jacob was sad. He has never been to a football game. Then Sunday night I was talking to some friends who live in Chandler. They said just go to the game and stay over here after. So I requested the tickets that Sunday. Monday they shipped them and I got them Tuesday. Anyway I kept it from Jacob the whole week. We made it to the game. Jacob loved it. The Sun Devils won and for halftime they had Carlos Santana. After halftime we went down to get Jacob a hat. Who are we walking next to? Carlos Santana. Where else can this happen? It was a great time. My son's cell phone broke so we did not get photos. But the memory will stick with us forever. Thank you to Arizona State University, Vet Tix and the person who donated the tickets.
