Dear 13th Floor Entertainment Group, Thank you so much for three tickets to the 13th Floor! I've enjoyed attending in past years but this year was special for two reasons. My daughter is 13 and this was her very first haunted house! She freaked out when she saw the monsters when we went to get in line and ran to the port-o-pots and locked herself in. After several minutes of coaxing, I gave up and told her she could wait near the concession stand while we went inside. By the time we got to the front of the line 30 minutes later and almost to go inside to start the adventure, she got up the nerve to join us and ended up loving it. The staff were wonderful with her and explained it's actors, they don't touch you and it's not real, etc. so that helped her tremendously. The second reason it was special is because we are hosting a foreign exchange student from Brazil this year, Enza, and she was with us and also had never done anything like that before.
