Thank you. This was the most amazing event that I have gone to in years. It was a great day. The yoga was just what I needed after having a disastrous week leading up to the day of the class. I looked forward to it all week and it did not disappoint. I was able to carry that positive spirit and energy into the week. Yoga boosted my mood and improved my outlook for the coming week. Something bad happened the day after and remembering the feeling that I had and the positive outlook that that event had stuck with me. I didn't allow the negative thing to affect me very much and I was able to keep the peace that yoga brings, on and off the mat. Thank you. You who have donated have changed my life in one day because what I learned and received at that event stays with me now and always. Thank you a million times.
