What an interesting day this turned out to be!! First off, thank you to Vettix and to the organization that donated these tickets in order for me to go to an amazing race! After looking at the wrong time for the start of the race, we got to the front gate just as the fly-by was taking place. But during the walk up, someone had pick-pocketed me and then sold our tickets to someone else. This was the one time I wish I had to have picked up my tickets from Will Call! So, out of our tickets and bummed out, we walked back to the car to head home. When we got to the car to go home I joked with a couple passing by about the race already being over and they asked why we were leaving. I told them what had happened and then they graciously offered me another free pair of tickets that they weren't going to use. So, by the generosity of multiple people in this world, I got to see the race! Thank you to all!!
