Thank you very much for the tickets, great concert! Terrible service from either Staples Cemter or promoters. Tickets downloaded were for Lower Concourse section 10, a VIP section. Went to enter the building and were told our tickets were "no good" and had to go to Box Office. They took our LC tickets and reissued tickets for extreme upper level side view tickets (sec 335). Luckily we met an customer relations guy who moved us to 301. Felt like second class citizen, given good stuff, just to have it taken away
