While it was a very wet game we had a wonderful visit to Coors Field for the Rockies game. We also received a wonderful hat! Thank you to the Colorado Rockies-MLB and individual donor. We had a wonderful view and we were well protected from the elements. We had the opportunity to sit with many other fellow veterans. I was upset by one thing though. Knowing this was going to be well-attended by military members, as it was a military appreciation game, I was very surprised that there were fireworks at event. A lot of the veterans around us mentioned and commented that someone didn't think about veterans with PTSD and how the fireworks would affect them. I was very disappointed to see some of my fellow vets upset by this. This should have been a good time. Again, thank you for the tickets. My family and I enjoyed ourselves and look forward to our next visit to Coors Field.
