Thank you Vettix & Dbacks for the tickets! I also want to give a huge shout out to the Dbacks guest relations. On Friday my dad (a Vietnam Veteran)was told he can no longer climb stairs and is required to use a walker. This news was very depressing for him. He was really looking forward to the game so I decided to take my chances and see if guest relations could assist us with the situation. Initially they found seats with one step down but it meant storing his walker and I would have to run back and forth to retrieve it for restroom breaks. Tom (attendant in section 326/327)saw how uncomfortable this was for my dad and worked with Tyler to move us to Handicap seating. I know my dad was embarrassed initially but he was able to thoroughly enjoy the game from that point forward. I know you ask that we not contact the venues directly but I felt it was the lesser of two evils in this instance. We don't know how much longer dad will be able to enjoy traveling so I wanted to do what I could now. I can't say thank you enough to both organizations!
