My family and I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Vet Tix and the Pittsburgh Pirate organization for affording us a truly memorable Memorial Day! I grew up in Chicago a die-hard Cubs fan, but because of our military assignments, have not be able to get to a game with our girls. We had an amazing time at PNC Park for their first game. Even though we were fully 'kitted out' in Cubs fan-gear, every staff member and most of the fans we encountered were friendly and polite - one staff member in particular went out of her way to ensure we knew where all the kid-friendly activities were so that our girls could enjoy themselves. I also want to commend the Pirates organization and the players for their Memorial Day commemoration. While I'm a long time Cub fan, it was so nice to see all your players / coaches out of the dugout and on the sideline during the National Anthem - disappointed that there were only about four or five from the Cubs out at the same time. Additionally, we thought the moment of silence for our fallen service members and their families was especially powerful. Thank you again so much for thinking of our military service men and women and their families by opening your house to us. Tip of the cap to you! Very Respectfully, Erik N.
