Thank you so much for the amazing tickets to the Rattlers indoor football game my family and I had a blast!!! The seats were great and the experience was even better! I can't tell you enough how greatful we are for VetTix and those who donate tickets. One thing as a heads up for other veterans who will attend a Arizona Rattlers game: they do pyrotechnics at the beginning of the game and then also every time the home team scores. It definitely caught me off guard and would have typically set me in a panic due to my PTSD but I was in a sound mental state so I. Was able to deal with it; but maybe for events like this it would be wise to give a warning or heads up of what to expect. Thanks again we really had an amazing time.

However something needs to be done to improve the headset / microphone the referee uses it was very bad to hear and or understand what he was saying overall thank you for a good time appreciate it
