I want to say THANK YOU! TO the Warner Brothers for the tickets for 12 Strong. I was very happy to see all the Veterans that were able to go to this Pre Release Screening. I want to also say THANK YOU! To Megaplex at the Gateway for having seats already set aside for the Veterans. They gave us first choice at seating and made us feel very appreciated! Thank you again for the great night watching a great movie!!

A very hearty "thank you" to Warner Brothers for donating the pre-release screening passes to see "12 Strong"!!! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the film! Admittedly, some parts were hard to watch, especially since they brought back a lot of memories of when I served or traveled in some of the same areas depicted in the film and interacted with members and former members of the Northern Alliance during my time in Afghanistan. Having also served with the Special Forces community (though not during this conflict), I am comfortable stating that the essence of the SF mentality was accurately captured in this production. I feel the producers went to great lengths to bring a sense of realism in portraying the people (U.S. and Afghan), landscape, and events throughout the film, including how some military spouses reacted to the impending deployment. Thank you again for the opportunity to see this ahead of its general release.
