I did go to the state fair with the family , and we had a great time over there. The grandkids went for the rides and games while myself and the wife went browseing . So thank you to all who donated the tickets so that my family could enjoy a night out .

I want to thank Arizona State Fair and VETTIX for offering this opportunity for me and my friends to be a part of this event. Because of donors like you, we Veterans are encouraged to go out into the community and together we transition slowly but surely. Doing our best to tolerate all the lights, sounds and what would otherwise be definite reactions to post war conflicts. There were thousands of people in a small area enjoying a fair with fun rides and mesmerizing lights. I saw flash bangs, heard shots fired and people screaming as I kept my spatial boundaries and everyone's movement in check. It was one of the most stimulating and intense events I have endured in a long time and I am reminded that my reactions are still an everyday struggle. An exhausting and personal awakening that makes me more aware of how I am changed forever but for the greater good.
