What a day at the racetrack for the National Hot Rod Association’s NHRA Northwest Nationals Finals on July 26 in Kent, Washington. Thanks to Vet-Tix and the NHRA, I was able to spend an incredible day with my son doing something we both love: race cars, speed, the unmistakable smell of nitro, and the thunder of 12,000-horsepower engines that shake the ground and pound your chest. Not only was it a fantastic day of racing, it was a special chance to make memories together that we’ll be talking about for years to come. Thank you for your generosity and for supporting veterans with experiences like this. I truly appreciate the gift.
