Thanks to Arizona Theater Company for bringing Vet Tix members to the audience, I’m and renowned actor Marsha Mason’s direction of “The Roommate” to the stage. It is a unique story about a routine and traditional divorcee in Iowa who takes in a very impulsive, unconventional nomadic woman roommate and how they adjust to and change one another. The two actors who comprise the cast play off each another on a simple stage set while managing to keep the audience engaged as the plot unfolds. It was a very enjoyable theatrical experience!
