We had a wonderful evening thanks to Vet Tix at the Tracy Performing Arts Center, enjoying “An Evening with Tuba Skinny”. From the moment the music started, we were transported to the heart of New Orleans, my birthplace. The band’s authentic 1920s–30s jazz and blues sound was lively, soulful, and incredibly fun; truly a step back in time with every note. Tuba Skinny brings a unique energy that feels both intimate and joyful, just like a street performance in the French Quarter. As an Air Force retiree, my wife and I appreciated the opportunity to enjoy such a special night out. We’re very grateful to Tuba Skinny, The Tracy Theater and Vet Tix for making experiences like this possible for veterans and their families. Highly recommend, great music, great venue, and a memorable night!
