We have to say this was an extraordinary experience. I was mesmerized by Tyler’s presentation—we expected a simple tour, but we got so much more. His knowledge of the product, the business, and the ins and outs of the industry truly captivated everyone. The “ahhhs” and “ohhhs” throughout made it clear he had opened the eyes of many who thought they already knew a thing or two about vodka, whisky, and bourbon. A very special touch came at the end when the owner personally thanked all of us, expressed how much we meant to them, and showed genuine appreciation for our service. That level of class and sincerity brought tears to our eyes. This is an exceptional experience that everyone should take part in. Thank you again, Outlaw Dustillery for your contribution to such a relaxing and memorable evening.
