Thank you, Rutgers University Athletics-NCAA, and individual donor, I had a chance to watch the Rutgers Scarlet Knights play against Morgan State. I invited my brother, a Department of Army Civilian for over 28 years, and his two sons, whose younger son plays and is intensely interested in football. Rutgers triumphed 65 to 0, and we all enjoyed a great time. Thank you VetTix
