I am the type who chats to everyone, strangers in line, bartenders or people sharing a bench at the ferry. Most seem a little sad at first when I start a chat. I used the lottery win from Vet Tix as a way to cheer people, give hope that American values endure. Most people are pleased that there are organizations that still help the military.
