I was absolutely thrilled to see John Fogerty in concert and have him be able to play his CCR hits one after another after so many years when he was legally not able to do so! As you can see from my picture, I was located pretty damn close to the stage, so I was really able to catch the action. When I arrived there was an opening band performing called Hearty Har which was quite good. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree since that band's lead singers and guitarists were actually his similarly talented sons Shane and Tyler who also played with him during his set list! Seeing how much fun they had performing together made the event that much more enjoyable! My profound thanks to the MGM National Harbor Theater for giving me the opportunity to see this awesome show!
