Thank you so much Acrisure Arena donors. It was a great experience, my first attempt in trying to get the tickets expired. then I tryied again the following day and got these tickets. I did not know they were floor level tickets. My friend was the one that pointed them out as he was looking at the tickets on our way there. when we got to our seats, it was just awesome view and overall experience. Unfortunately, Lukas and LeBron didn't suit up and play. Nevertheless, we were totally thrilled and appreciative of the tickets: Also, the Customer Service received throughout the arena from the parking lot attendant to the security at the gate, the floor wristband ladies and the ushers, all were beyond helpful and just super nice. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank Again Acrisure Arena!
