🎶 Big thanks to Live Nation—y’all just keep serving up the good stuff. I’d heard from a friend that Leon Bridges was something special, and he sure lived up to the hype. His voice is pure velvet—smooth as Sunday morning but with a fresh, modern R&B twist. Every song felt instantly familiar, like an old friend you’re meeting for the first time. The band? Phenomenal. At least nine folks on stage at once, each one bringing their own flavor to the mix. And Charley Crockett—now there’s a character. He’s got that Texas Swing in his step, dips into classic country, Texas swing and then takes you on a ride through what I’d call Cosmic Country. Every band member had their moment to shine, and they were a fine showcase of the kind of talent Nashville keeps tucked under its hat. Grateful to VETTIX for making the ticket magic happen, and to Live Nation for honoring our veterans with such generosity. Y’all don’t just put on shows—you show real respect.
