Thank you Vettix! We had proof of tickets reserved and fee paid but no email link to get digital tickets. Went to customer service at Fenway, friendly person helped, took 30 minutes to find tickets... quite a few veterans in line for same thing. Other veterans we met there, who've used Vettix, had no issues. We got in. One minute before show time I got the email. Some glitch! We had so much fun! The Who.....fabulous set, everyone singing along. Fenway turf seats....excited to be there, touched the Green Monster! Thank you Vettix!
