Getting to watch the Tigers win as an alumni was a memorable experience in itself — but what made it truly special was sharing it with my father, who is also a veteran and a big reason I chose to serve in the military. Spending that time together in Death Valley, surrounded by the energy of the fans and the spirit of Clemson football, was a powerful reminder of the bond we share through service and tradition. It was a great day — not just because the Tigers won, but because I got to share it with my son. Walking up to the stadium with him, I couldn’t help but think back to the day I first dropped him off at Clemson. That walk felt familiar — like another step in a journey I started years ago as a U.S. Marine, doing my best to lead by example and support him into the man and service member he’s become. Sharing that game together brought it full circle. It was more than football — it was pride, connection, and a moment I’ll never forget. Thank you for making that possible, and for the continued support you show to veterans and their families.

Thanks for the tickets, unfortunately a thunder storm hit 6 mnutes into the game, got delayed 90 minutes, got socking wet while watching the rest of the game but it was well worth it, great atmosphere and the campus is beautiful.
