I’d like to offer a THANK YOU as big as the solar system to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center for donating tickets that allowed me and other veterans to attend the Philadelphia Orchestra’s performance of Gustav Holst’s “The Planets” on Thursday, 7 August. What a show! Fantastic seats in Section 10! A phenomenal violin performance by Randall Goosby of Mendelssohn’s “Violin Concerto in E Minor, Op. 64,” and, of course, the other-worldly, utterly amazing work by Holst! A night of magical music. So grateful for the support SPAC shows to veterans through its donation of tickets. It is greatly appreciated! Thank you so very, very much!
