Vertex and Live Nation you guys are truly amazing! My son wanted his first concert to be a Metallica one and you guys answered a prayer! The seats, venue, concert was such a blast. My son was rocking out and signing Metallica, the look on his face when we surprised him we were going was priceless. He had the biggest smile on his face the whole night. We definitely made memories, and he will never forget this concert! Thank you again for everything!
