So, the concert was good but there was a giant sound stage blocking our view but since the tickets were free, I really can’t complain. However, I did not receive the tickets until I contacted customer service whonstated the 3rd oarty needed me to download their app to receive the tickets. I have no problem with that except, I never received instructions to do so until I contacted customer service.
