A huge shout out to the Iowa Barnstormers- IFL for donating to Vet Tix. My friend and I were able to go and watch a game—our first ever IFL! It was adrenaline packed and fun seeing the athletes give their all.

Thank you Iowa Barnstormers for the complimentary tickets to last Saturday's game. We were able to take a dear little friend of ours to the game. Although we lost, we had the night of his life! He was captured on the jumbo tron several times, caught a football thrown into the crowd, and got to run onto the field after the game and get his football autographed. I have PTSD and have a hard time socially. Going to this event gave me the opportunity to make friends and being a civilian easier to cope with. A lot of the time, I get that I don't look like I used to jump out of planes and sometimes its hard finding myself outside the uniform- but these tickets allowed me the opportunity to try and figure out who I am outside of it. Thanks for the tickets!
