Dear Tampa Bay Rays, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the generous donation of tickets to the Tampa Bay Rays vs. Toronto Blue Jays game on Friday, May 23rd, through Vet Tix. As a new member, this was my very first Vet Tix experience — and it left a meaningful and lasting impact on me, my family, and my community. I had the incredible joy of bringing my special needs nephew, a proud Rays Top Fan, and my son, who attended his first-ever baseball game. He was thrilled just to be there, but when he caught a game ball, it absolutely made his day and created a memory he'll never forget. My brother-in-law, a surgical nurse, was also with us that night, and the experience was equally powerful for him. After such an inspiring night, I’ve since encouraged my brother, who is also a surgical nurse, to join the new first responder organization affiliated with Vet Tix so he too can take part in the joy and appreciation that comes from events like these. Thank you, Tampa Bay Rays, not just for the tickets — but for bringing families together, honoring veterans and first responders, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
