Our thanks to the Arizona Diamondbacks organization for a very enjoyable afternoon of good baseball, fun at the park and a very entertaining game against the Atlanta Braves. My wife both celebrated her birthday and a win for the home team. The game had a bit of everything, including a rare inside the park home run by Marte and two home runs by JD Martinez. A terrific win all around, even for the Grace Legends Mascot who won the legends race by a step. Thank you to a great organization that does a fabulous job giving back to the community in so many ways. Go DBacks!

Definition of a perfect day. Light traffic to downtown....parked right next to the elevators.....traffic cop stopped cars so we could cross......new gate opened us for us to enter.....diamond dogs were great.......French fries were still hot......seats were perfect. The game was awesome with Corbin pitching well. The new guy (J.D. Martinez) hit two home runs. And a treat that most people never see and that is an inside the park home run hit by Ketel Marte. And of course a 10 to 3 win for the Diamondbacks. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to Vet Tix and the AZ Diamondback organizations.

What a perfect day to be at the ballpark! I'd like to thank the Arizona Diamondbacks and Vet Tix for providing the opportunity to attend Chase Field to watch the Arizona Diamondbacks beat the Atlanta Braves 10-3. The entire afternoon was enjoyed by myself and three friends, one of which was a former student of mine who would not have had the opportunity if tickets had not been donated. He was not aware that I had served in the military and was very impressed with the recognition given to the military in attendance. Every time I attend a game at Chase Field I am thankful for the gratefulness of our nation to those who served. All gave some and some gave all! God bless the United States of America!
