Dear Los Angeles Clippers 🏀 and VetTix 🙌, Thank you so much for the opportunity to attend the Clippers vs. Mavericks game at the amazing new Intuit Dome! 🏟️ I went with my two sons 👨👦👦, and this was their first-ever live NBA game—what a way to experience it! The excitement, the lights, the energy... they were completely blown away 🤯 and already asking when we can go back! The game itself was 🔥—the Clippers came out strong with that early 21-8 run, and it was total domination from there. The crowd was electric ⚡ and the vibes were top-tier. We especially loved the outdoor basketball court 🏀 where fans could shoot around both before and after the game. It really brought people together and added a fun, interactive element that made the experience feel more personal. And those high-tech seats 💺 with interactive lights and controls? Huge hit with the kids. The whole arena felt like something out of the future ✨. That said, we did hit some snags with the ticketing process. We had to download the Intuit Dome app 📲 for all four of us, create separate accounts 😵💫, link mine to Ticketmaster (resetting my forgotten password 🔐), and then deal with poor cell service 📶 while trying to transfer the tickets. Despite arriving early, we ended up missing the entire first quarter, which was a letdown 😞. A smoother system would really make the experience more enjoyable, especially for first-timers. Still, we’re so grateful 🙏 for the chance to create memories like this with my sons. Thank you again for your generosity and for giving us a night we’ll never forget 💙❤️. Sincerely, John 👨👦👦
