Thank you Atlanta Hawks for the San Antonio Spurs tickets. Moments after getting the tickets, I realized that I had read the date incorrectly. I immediately clicked on "cannot attend". I was instructed to just not attend. The tickets could not be returned. I regret my error. I only wish I could have given them to our community veterans to support group to which I belong. Photo is from a previous event.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you, Atlanta Hawks for your thoughtful donation and for the experience at the State Farm Stadium! I truly appreciate the opportunity to visit and watch an incredible game between the San Antonio Spurs and Atlanta Seahawks. However, I couldn’t help but notice that some of the staff were less than welcoming. Unfortunately, their attitude made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. I believe great service is just as important as the product or experience itself, and I hope this is something that can be improved in the future. Again, thank you for the opportunity.
