VETTIX: It's frustrating when you don't have help or customer service. Twice, I went to pull up my tickets for an event and could not get the page to load. Luckily, the Norfolk Admirals were accommodating and let my guest and me in. Otherwise, I would have been SOL! I had a GREAT time! Until the Norfolk Admirals lost in OT 6-5 ((((Argh!)))
