Next week I head to Idaho for a 10-month teaching assignment. It was good to get a strong shot of Dixie last night to tide me over. Grateful for the chance to see these legends at work, and to do so in the midst of fans who sang along, knowing the words by heart. I could even join them for several, including Tennessee River and Song of the South.
