Observing the game's flow from the stands allowed the members of my group and I to gain a deeper understanding of baseball's complex rules and subtle nuances. The coordinated efforts of the San Francisco (SF) Giants players on their home field at Oracle Park against the Philadelphia Phillies mirrored, in many ways, the synchronized operations we strived for in service to the United States of America (USA). I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity to broaden my group's knowledge and appreciation for the pastime of the greatest country in the world. We left the stadium feeling even more proud to be in the land of opportunity.
