Dear Pittsburgh Pirates and Vet Tix, thank you so much for your ticket donation that allowed me and my family to attend the May 24th Bucs game!! It was outstanding evening, complete with a big Bucs win (Raise the Jolly Roger!), followed by the most amazing fireworks! I’m a native of Pgh, but my family moved away when I was 9. I have incredible memories of taking in games with my dad at Three Rivers Stadium. I’d alternate wearing yellow wristbands, taking a black magic marker and putting numbers on them of my favorite players: Willie Stargell, John Candelaria, and Rennie Stennett. I recently moved back to Pgh in August, and I feel like I’ve come full circle. I’m finally home. Being able to take in a Bucs game was huge for me, and I’m so grateful for your ticket donation! Biggest thanks to two amazing organizations!
