A special Thank You to the Colorado Switchbacks FC for giving us the opportunity to see our old hometown team, The Detroit City Football Club at beautiful Weidner Field, in Colorado Springs. The is nothing quite like USL ‘Footy’. And there is nothing quite like an old Army Vet sitting next to an old Air Force Vet cheering on the action.

The 1st game of the season. It was cold but we had a great time. The refs were from Detroit, evidently. Tough loss. Thanks Switchbacks! We plan on many more games!!!
