I can not thank the Penguins organization enough for your generous ticket donation. You have no idea what this meant for my dad and me! My dad and I are both veterans! When we got there, my dad was having difficulty walking. Your employees came out with a wheelchair, changed our seats to accessible seating, and escorted my dad to those seats. The usher (Michael) came within minutes of us telling them we were ready to leave and got us safely and quickly through the arena. My dad, a humble man, thought he was getting royal treatment and he was right! He enjoyed a beer and some fries and was treated to a 3-0 win! It was his first time at the arena. I live 4 hours away and happened to be in town when my dad and I noticed these tickets were available. I can not thank you enough for everything! It really meant the world to him and gave us a beautiful memory!
