I floated, skipped, chatted my way out of that concert to try to find my vehicle in big city!!! To say this concert healed me in many ways, is an understatement! The interaction w/crowd, sheer talent, vibes, and wrapping up w/Tom Perry Free Falling, simply made me realize how far I have come in so many areas. My younger brother took his own life and I could not fire my weapon after that. Kinda hard to be in military, if can no longer fire your weapon. FreeFalling was my brother’s song. The love song lyrics by JP SAXE and John Mayer resonated. But, despite all this, I didn’t cry. I simply w/commaraderie and gratefulness, realized how far I have come in my healing and coping. This post won’t be heavy amongst military. We get it. Please know, from artists, to get tix, to donators, etc that this event made a difference for me. Hence, it will make a difference for all in my sphere of influence. I would not have attended w/o this donation. Thank you for helping me see I am better. What a relief. Been a long while. Thank you for making this happen w/ticket, and w/the music. Much appreciated.
