I'd like to say its been a rough year for my friend in the picture on the far left in grey and myself in the Hokie head. We both lost a family member recently so being able to come together where he once went to college and i would fly into town and hangout while i was in the Army was amazing. See all of us in this picture grew up together and two of them are alumni and now afyer this game my youngest noe wants to be a Hokie, but we never attended a game together until rhis past Saturday. Which now we are planning for nwxt year and looking at the UVA game because we know its a home game and should be the last game of the season. But again its another game none of us have attended in person. So from the bottom of my heart thank you Virginia Tech University for donating the tickets and Vet tix thank you for providing the platform for us vets. Again we had a blast and we are already talking about next year amd making this a yearly event and maybe after my youngest graduates in 2026 we will come watch him at Lane Stadium too. I cannot thank you enough for this experience and the memories with my brothers from another mother and my little man. Thanks again, William Atkins (Ret.)
