I appreciate the donors and others who make VetTix possible! I had never been to a live boxing match before. Unfortunately, the folks running the event must have very little experience with boxing. The event started 40 minutes after the published start time. I saw three fights (one of which lasted 33 seconds) and then they went to an intermission. During the intermission, something happened to the ring that required half a dozen people trying to figure out how to fix it. Since I arrived after doors opened (at 5pm), it was 8:41pm when they were STILL trying to fix the ring. My GF and I split. I didn't expect to be there all night when the event was supposed to start at 6pm. I would try to go to another boxing event, but I guess I'll have to plan on being there much, much longer.
