When I was about 13, my dad Richard Brooks took me to my first concert at Wolftrap in Maryland to hear Emmylou Harris. (I think we even went over around the beltway on a moped but that's a different story!) Fast forward several decades and he's still the best concert partner. Big Head Todd and the Monsters did not disappoint- it was fantastic. Thanks to Veteran Tickets Foundation - Vet Tix and the Marquee Theater for allowing 2 old Marines to enjoy the concert for free!
