Thank you for your generosity and allowing my family and I to attend the game! It was my 6 and 8 year olds first Major League game and they had a blast! We had all the classics, Crackerjacks, Hot Dogs, and popcorn! Then after the game they got to run the bases! It was a great experience, so thank you for allowing us to make that memory! Once again a big BZ to Vet Tix for providing tickets to veterans across the US to a variety of outstanding events. And for these tickets a big thank you to the Washington Nationals for tickets to Sunday afternoon game vs the Oakland A’s. The setting, weather (well it was hot and humid), food, and seats were great, and the game was exciting. I was raised a NY Mets fan and as my late Dad taught me you stay to the end of the game. No 7th, 8th or even middle of the 9th inning departures, you stay. And stay my wife and I and another retired Navy friend and his wife did, for the exciting bottom of the 9th. Down 7-2 and our hometown Nats score 6 by batting around and working it, with a walk to start the inning and a walkoff single with 2 outs to end it ! What a game and what a finish. Thank you again to my Washington Nationals for the tickets and a memorable game !
