First I want to thank the San Antonio Gunslingers for donating the tickets to the San Antonio Gunslingers vs the West Texas Warbirds game. The game was intense from start to finish. Being Texas rivals is an under statement. They were at each others throats throughout the game. There was so much pushing and shoving after the whistle blew it's a wonder no one got ejected. Throughout all this unsportsmanlike conduct from all the other players # 13 on the other team maintained his cool and showed what a real sportsman was like by high fiving the fans along the sidelines every chance he could. Even through all the intense situations there were some outstanding plays. With so much going on on the field it would have been nice if the announcer would say what the penalty flags were for. We would be watching the down field where the play is happening and there would be a penalty flag at the line of scrimmage. And since the announcer never said what the flag was for we had no idea what was happening. All in all it was a great exciting game. So much was happening you didn't know where to look. And once again the Gunslingers dominated. The Star Wars characters were an added bonus. The light sabers really lit up the place when the lights were cut off.

What a great time for kids! Not only were we treated to a win, but one of them got a tshirt and all of them went on the field after and they got the shirt signed by players. Alas, I forgot my VetTix tshirt... again. Thank you Gunslingers! Next time we're in San Antonio we will see if they are playing so we can get tickets.
