More Honestly! Spectacular! The Service and the people who are serving at the United Center are wonderful. I really appreciate all the great service! For instance, there is a really good woman in the Ticket department that assisted me, and understood my need to allow someone to accompany me to the game: I'm disabled and an assistant is required. It was something really special about how she handled the situation like I was the only person she was gonna help (she zeroed in on me for a moment in time; I can almost feel the g-force of her smooth competence) and she wasn't going to deter from getting me taken care of: she got it done incredibly quickly, very kind and understanding... personally I got all choked up, rarely happens for me, I was gonna cry like a happy child and told her she brought me to an immense gratitude of heart: my voice cracked, I couldn't believe it almost; I had to admit to her that I was going to cry; she sincerely said something to the effect of 'awe don't cry... I was just so grateful and elated and humbled and honored all at the same time: what a wonderfully transcendent experience. Thank you Sam. Thank you all for serving so well. Thank you. Thank You Chicago Blackhawks! Thank You God. Amen. Just thinking about that experience of Sam's service portrays a benchmark of legendary customer service. Service like this is beyond cognitive, and can be caught (best) rather than taught (ok); it's the type of service that engages the heart: simply priceless. It's hard to forget an experience such as this: I won't. Astonishing, doesn't get better than this type of service. Thank you. I'll certainly keep coming back. I would like to thank the Chicago BlackHawks for tickets to the Predator game. I took my two nephews who have never been to a hockey game. We got to the United Center early and visited the Atrium and store before it got crowded. They didn’t understand the game at first but we were next to another family who had kids and they kind explained to them what was happening. Truly enjoyed this evening out. Thank you.
