Thank you Vettix and United Festival Productions for allowing us to attend the inaugural Taco & Margarita Festival. The attendance far exceeded expectations. There were long lines for everything. It took 45 minutes just to place my order for tacos and another 45 minutes to get them. By the time I made it to the front to order, nearly half of the menu was gone. The margarita line was even longer. They were out of several selections by the time we were able to order. The server said that they were told to expect 500 people. My guess is that there were over 10 times more than that.
