Thank you Stanford University for allowing me to attend your basketball game against the University of California. I am in a wreck, war veteran and struggled for a long time accepting the title of veteran and taking advantage of some of the benefits I had earned. Recently I begin to be more open to the idea and attending your basketball game was one of those first events and perks. I took advantage of. My family and I thank you for your support and generosity and for making me feel special.

Thank you, Stanford Cardinal's, and the Veterans Ticket Association for providing the tickets that allowed me to take my brother and his daughter to see the Cardinal's and Cal Bears go at it on the hard court for his birthday. He's an alumnus of both, so I knew he'd be getting to see one of his teams win on his special day "lol". Not so much for my niece "yet", she's following in his footsteps but for now she had to endure watching her Bear's get beat down by Cardinal's. Once again, thank you VETTIX for all you do for those who've served.

I would like to take some time and thank Stanford University, and Stanford, athletic department for their kind donation of men’s basketball tickets as the took on Cal and won! I took my 12 year old son, Jack. He plays basketball for his junior high team. It was not only important to spend the quality time with him but also that he gets the collegiate experience.
